  • 5 points each (or 4 if using fat-free cheddar)

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Toppings

  • 4 oz 99% lean turkey sausage or turkey breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cheddar or reduced-fat cheddar
  • 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce (no sugar added)
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Crushed red pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
    Knead lightly for 1โ€“2 minutes.
  2. Shape pizzas
    Divide into 2 balls and roll into small personal pizza rounds.
  3. Prebake
    Bake at 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) for 8 minutes on parchment paper.
  4. Cook sausage
    Brown turkey sausage in a skillet and drain any liquid.
  5. Add toppings
    Spread pizza sauce on crusts.
    Add mozzarella, cheddar, sausage, and red onion.
  6. Bake again
    Bake another 8โ€“10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.

Optional Lower Point Swaps

  • Use fat-free mozzarella โ†’ save 1 point
  • Use chicken sausage crumbles โ†’ lower fat
  • Add mushrooms or peppers for volume without points
