Ham and Cheese Sticks

- 8 slices deli ham (extra-lean, low-sodium if possible) β 0β1 pt
- 2 light string cheese sticks (cut into 4 pieces each) β ~2β3 pts total
(or fat-free mozzarella for lowest points) - Optional: mustard or light cream cheese (tiny smear) β 0 pts

- Lay a slice of ham flat.
- Place a piece of cheese at one end.
- Roll tightly into a stick.
- Repeat for all slices.
- Chill for 10β15 minutes (helps them hold shape).

- Air fry at 180Β°C / 350Β°F for 4β6 minutes
