Weight Watchers Sausage & Cheddar Personal Pizzas 🍕

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour

Toppings

  • 4 oz 99% lean turkey sausage or turkey breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cheddar or reduced-fat cheddar
  • 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce (no sugar added)
  • Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Crushed red pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
    Knead lightly for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Shape pizzas
    Divide into 2 balls and roll into small personal pizza rounds.
  3. Prebake
    Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8 minutes on parchment paper.
  4. Cook sausage
    Brown turkey sausage in a skillet and drain any liquid.
  5. Add toppings
    Spread pizza sauce on crusts.
    Add mozzarella, cheddar, sausage, and red onion.
  6. Bake again
    Bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.

Optional Lower Point Swaps

  • Use fat-free mozzarella → save 1 point
  • Use chicken sausage crumbles → lower fat
  • Add mushrooms or peppers for volume without points
