- Regular bacon β center-cut or turkey bacon

- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast (0 pts)
- 2 slices center-cut bacon or turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled (~1β2 pts)
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (0 pts)
- 1β2 tbsp light ranch dressing mix or seasoning (~0β1 pt)
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (~3β4 pts total)
- 6 small low-carb tortillas (~1 pt each OR use 2-pt corn tortillas)
- Green onions (optional)
- Cooking spray

- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F) or air fryer to 180Β°C (360Β°F)
- In a bowl, mix:
- Chicken
- Greek yogurt
- Ranch seasoning
- Bacon
- Cheese
- Spoon mixture onto tortillas and roll tightly
- Place seam-side down, spray lightly
- Bake 12β15 min or air fry 8β10 min until golden & crispy
