WW Crispy Pepperoni Pizza Cheese Chips

These crispy pizza chips are my FAVORITE low-point snack right now 😍
They’re crunchy, cheesy, loaded with pizza flavor, and seriously taste like the crispy cheese edge of a pepperoni pizza 🤤

Best part? No flour, no dough, and super easy to make!

✨ Ingredients:
• 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
• 12 slices turkey pepperoni
• 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional for extra crispiness)
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• Pinch of black pepper
• Optional: crushed red pepper flakes

✨ For the Dip:
• 1/4 cup low sugar marinara or pizza sauce

✨ Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking tray or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  3. Make 12 small piles of mozzarella cheese, leaving space between each one.
  4. Gently flatten each pile into thin circles. Thin = crispier chips 🙌🏼
  5. Sprinkle each with parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  6. Place 1 turkey pepperoni slice on top of each chip.
  7. Bake for 6–9 minutes until the edges are deep golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them because they cook fast!
  8. Remove from oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes — this is what makes them crisp up perfectly 😍

✨ Air Fryer Version:
Air fry at 375°F for 4–6 minutes. Let cool before removing.

💡 Tips:
• Use finely shredded cheese for the crispiest texture
• Don’t overcrowd the pan
• If you want EXTRA crunchy chips, bake 1–2 minutes longer
• Turkey pepperoni keeps the points lower
