WW Crispy Pepperoni Pizza Cheese Chips
These crispy pizza chips are my FAVORITE low-point snack right now ๐
Theyโre crunchy, cheesy, loaded with pizza flavor, and seriously taste like the crispy cheese edge of a pepperoni pizza ๐คค
Best part? No flour, no dough, and super easy to make!
โจ Ingredients:
โข 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
โข 12 slices turkey pepperoni
โข 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (optional for extra crispiness)
โข 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
โข 1/4 tsp garlic powder
โข Pinch of black pepper
โข Optional: crushed red pepper flakes
โจ For the Dip:
โข 1/4 cup low sugar marinara or pizza sauce
โจ Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Line a baking tray or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Make 12 small piles of mozzarella cheese, leaving space between each one.
- Gently flatten each pile into thin circles. Thin = crispier chips ๐๐ผ
- Sprinkle each with parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Place 1 turkey pepperoni slice on top of each chip.
- Bake for 6โ9 minutes until the edges are deep golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them because they cook fast!
- Remove from oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes โ this is what makes them crisp up perfectly ๐
โจ Air Fryer Version:
Air fry at 375ยฐF for 4โ6 minutes. Let cool before removing.

โข Use finely shredded cheese for the crispiest texture
โข Donโt overcrowd the pan
โข If you want EXTRA crunchy chips, bake 1โ2 minutes longer
โข Turkey pepperoni keeps the points lower
