Low-Point WW Herb Bread (No Eggs, No Butter)
Ingredients (makes 1 loaf)
- 2 cups self-rising flour (or 2 cups all-purpose + 2 tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt)
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (0-point on WW)
- 2–3 tbsp water (if needed for dough)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano — your choice)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
👉 Optional topping:
- Light spray oil (0–1 point depending on amount)
- Extra herbs + a tiny pinch of coarse salt
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour + garlic powder + herbs.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix into a dough.
- If it’s too thick, add a little water (1 tbsp at a time).
- Knead lightly (just 1–2 minutes — don’t overdo it).
- Shape into a loaf and place on baking paper.
- Lightly spray top + sprinkle herbs.
- Bake 30–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
