Ingredients (makes 1 loaf)

  • 2 cups self-rising flour (or 2 cups all-purpose + 2 tsp baking powder + ยฝ tsp salt)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (0-point on WW)
  • 2โ€“3 tbsp water (if needed for dough)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano โ€” your choice)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
