Low-Point WW Herb Bread (No Eggs, No Butter)

Ingredients (makes 1 loaf)

  • 2 cups self-rising flour (or 2 cups all-purpose + 2 tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (0-point on WW)
  • 2–3 tbsp water (if needed for dough)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano — your choice)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

👉 Optional topping:

  • Light spray oil (0–1 point depending on amount)
  • Extra herbs + a tiny pinch of coarse salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour + garlic powder + herbs.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and mix into a dough.
  4. If it’s too thick, add a little water (1 tbsp at a time).
  5. Knead lightly (just 1–2 minutes — don’t overdo it).
  6. Shape into a loaf and place on baking paper.
  7. Lightly spray top + sprinkle herbs.
  8. Bake 30–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.

🔥 WW Points (approx.)

  • Whole loaf: ~4–6 points total
  • Per slice (8 slices): 0–1 point each

(Depends on your flour brand + if you use spray oil)

💡 Tips to keep it LOW points:

  • Use fat-free Greek yogurt only
  • Skip oil OR use minimal spray
  • Add flavor with herbs, garlic, chili flakes instead of fats

😍 What it’s like:

  • Crispy outside, soft inside
  • Slightly tangy (from yogurt)
  • Perfect with soups, salads, or as a snack
