Ultra Low-Point Ground Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry
π Ingredients (4 servings)
- 450g (1 lb) extra lean ground beef (5% or 0%)
- Β½ head cabbage, sliced
- 1 carrot, thin strips
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (optional)
π₯£ Sauce (keep it light!)
- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional β adds ~1 point total, you can skip)
- Β½ cup water or broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickness)
- Sweetener (optional, 0 cal)
π³ Instructions
- Use a non-stick pan (NO oil) or cooking spray.
- Cook beef, breaking it apart. Drain any fat.
- Add garlic + ginger.
- Toss in cabbage + carrot β cook until soft but still a bit crunchy.
- Pour sauce β simmer 2β3 minutes.
- Finish with green onions.
