Zero-Point(ish) Weight Watchers Strawberry Fluff

This zero Point Strawberry Fluff dessert is sweet, fluffy and light. Unlike other WW Fluffs this particular recipe does not use yogurt!

So if you are following the WW Blue, Purple or Green plan and you are looking for a low SmartPoint dessert then look no further than this easy recipe.

It is made by combining whipped half fat evaporated milk with sugar free strawberry jelly.

The dessert is then chilled in the fridge for a couple of hours before topping with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (0.3 oz / 8.5g) sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tub (8 oz) fat-free whipped topping
  • 2 cups diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar-free Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for about 30โ€“45 minutes until slightly thickened (not fully set).
  3. Whisk in the fat-free Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Fold in the fat-free whipped topping.
  5. Gently stir in the strawberries.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Weight Watchers Points

  • Most WW plans: 0โ€“1 Point per serving
  • Makes about 8 servings

Even Lower Point Version

Skip the whipped topping and use:

  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • Sugar-free strawberry Jell-O

This version is typically 0 Points on most WW plans and still has a light, fluffy texture.

๐Ÿ’ก For extra fluff like the photo, fold in 1โ€“2 cups of diced strawberries after chilling so you get little strawberry pieces throughout the mixture.
