I loved this side salad before WW and it’s definitely become a staple. And 0 points!
**Unfortunately I don’t measure so these are rough estimates.
1 Cuccumber (I used 4 minis here)
A “dollop” (maybe about a 1/4 cup) of fat free plain Greek yogurt (regular yogurt is fine but this is what I had)
1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of dill (fresh is better but I always use dried)
Splash of lemon juice (maybe a table spoon or 2?)
Salt and pepper to taste.
I’m a Caesar salad lover but haven’t been able to find a dressing I like with low enough points. This cucumber dill salad and onion-free greek salad are a near daily occurrence around here. 🙂
