Zero Point Pancakes


I made weight watchers cottage cheese pancakes. Recipe made 10 pancakes, I used 1/4 cup batter per pancake. 0 points for each pancake, points only add up the more you eat. If you eat all 10 pancakes 4 points 😂 I swear these taste better then regular pancakes. The pancakes at the bottom of the plate the pan wasn’t to hot.

1 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
5 eggs- blend in one at a time to the cottage cheese
1/3 cup all purpose flour

Cook for about 2 mins each side, I tried to wait until bubbly
