Zero point lunch! Mexican cauliflower rice bowl!

Recipe: 1 lb. Ground Chicken breast 98% lean 1 PKG. Hot and spicy Old El Paso taco seasoning 1diced red and green peppers 1 jalapeno 1/2 diced red onion 1/2 cup frozen corn 1 can of rinsed black beans 1 tsp. Cumin, chili powder, paprika 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder, onion powder S & P to taste I browned the chicken and then used the taco seasoning and water, removed from pan. Sauteed the peppers and onions till softened, then add beans, corn and spices. 1/2 cup of Cauliflower rice in each container with 1/2 cup of chicken mixture, 3/4 cup of Bean mixture sprinkle green onions and a few sliced olives!
