WW Pumpkin Muffins

Mix one can of pumpkin (15oz)

1 1/2 cups of kodiak buttermilk pancake and waffle mix

2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of ginger

1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

3/4 cup splenda monk fruit

Mix Well

Bake 350 for 180 to 20 minutes
