WW Low-Point Ham & Swiss Pie 🄧

This version keeps the creamy, cheesy comfort-food vibe from the photo while making it much lighter and WW-friendly.

  • 1 cup diced lean ham
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh thyme or parsley on top

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a pie dish lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Press pie crust into dish and trim edges if needed.
  4. In a blender or bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese, almond milk, cream cheese, mustard, and seasonings until smooth.
  5. Spread ham and Swiss cheese evenly into crust.
  6. Pour egg mixture over top.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
  8. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.

WW Points (Estimated)

  • About 4–5 Points per slice (if cut into 8 slices)
  • You can lower points more by:
    • skipping the crust entirely
    • using extra lean ham
    • reducing cheese to ¾ cup

Extra Low-Point Crustless Option

For a casserole-style version like the photo but lighter:

  • leave out the crust completely
  • bake in a glass pie dish

That version can be around 2–3 WW Points per slice depending on your plan.
