WW Chocolate Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
- 1 package sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup light whipped topping (like Lite Cool Whip)
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener or powdered sugar substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with almond milk until thick.
- Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
- Spread into the pie crust and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 3–4 hours before slicing.
