WW low point chocolate fudge brownies

This Low Point Chocolate Fudge makes for an amazing guilt free holiday treat! This easy recipe tastes so decadent, no one will ever believe it’s WW friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury sugar free fudge brownie fudge mix
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp Pillsbury sugar free chocolate frosting 
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8×8 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
    In a large mixing bowl combine, brownie mix, unsweetened applesauce. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are slightly firm. Remove from oven. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before spreading the melted frosting on top.
  4. Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp sugar free chocolate frosting in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir until smooth. Pour melted chocolate frosting over the cooled fudge. Using a spatula spread evenly over fudge.
  5. Sprinkle the top with sprinkles. 
  6. Let it sit on the counter for at least 4 hours. Do not chill in the fridge until it’s been completely cooled; otherwise water condensation will form on the top. 
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into it.
  8. Use a knife to cut into 24 fudge bites.
