Weight Watchers Zero Point Souffle


Todays WW breakfast
so easy and delicious and Zero points! My husband stole more than one bite from me! 😆
1.) Mash two bananas.
2.) Whip (stir) in two eggs.
3.) Toss in a handful of fresh blueberries.
4.) Pour into a greased 16 oz. baking dish – I used a Ramekin/SoufflĂ© cup
5.) Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes (or until cooked to desired firmness.)
Sooooo good – like bread pudding without the bread. ❀
