Weight Watchers Pancakes

I don’t understand how four pancakes works out to be one point but I’ll take it. Here’s how I make them:

3 Tbsp Kodiak Cakes power mix
1 Egg
2 heaping Tbsp plain fat free Greek yogurt
Dash of vanilla
Splash of water to thin, as needed
Blueberries or other fruit to taste

Cook in a pan with spray butter (zero points)

The points value goes up to two if you use more than 3 Tbsps of Kodiak cakes mix, which I’d be fine with, but I find this is exactly the right amount to fit in one round of cooking anyhow.
