Weight Watchers Healthy Pancakes

Another thing I food prep is healthy pancakes. These are made with eggs, fat free cottage cheese and oats. They are 2 for 1 pt. And, before people comment about 0 point pancakes, I know they exist, but they aren’t as nutritious as these. I’ve been making them for over 10 years and my family loves them. I eat them with fresh berries, warmed frozen berries and/or chicken breakfast sausage.

Healthy Pancakes (I triple this recipe each week)

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

3 eggs

3 egg whites

1/8 tsp baking powder

Put it all in your blender and blend until smooth. Cook on a griddle or pan like regular pancakes. Makes about 12.
