Weight Watchers Chocolate Jars

5/5

Ingredients:
-16oz FF cottage cheese
-2/3 cups cocoa powder
-3/4 – 1/2 cup confectioners stevia or sweetener of choice (sweetener needs to be powdered or else the end product will have a grainy taste/texture).
-Adjust ingredients to your liking (you may need to add a tiny bit of water if your mixture turns out too thick)

Instructions:
Mix in food processor, let it chill for 1-2 hours and enjoy this rich, zero points breakfast or desert.

For the record, I doubled the ingredients, that’s way you see 4 mason jars in the photo.

ETA: after some comments, I realized unsweetened cocoa powder does have points, if you use it in large amounts. Mine comes out to 1-2 points per serving, but still worth it to me.
