Weight Watchers Chocolate Cake Bites

5/5

16 Servings 2 WW points per serving on all new WW plans.

  • 3/4 cup flour ( I used all-purpose)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts

Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, Truvia, baking soda, and salt and mix well.

Stir in egg whites and vanilla. Fold in walnuts, or leave them out if you would like.

Spray a square baking pan (8×8 or 9×9) with cooking spray.

Spread batter evenly in the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the edges start to lift from the sides. Check the middle with a toothpick to be sure.

Slice and serve!

16 SERVINGS, 2 POINTs EACH.  If you cut into 8 servings, only 4 Smart Points on all of the Weight Watchers plan.
