Weight Watchers Banana Pudding Poke Cake

What you’ll neeed:

Box of vanilla SF Cake mix

Eggs

Unsweetened Applesauce

SF Jello Pudding Mix (banana cream)

2C vanilla Carbmaster milk

2 Banananas

40 mini vanilla wafers

DIRECTIONS:

Make cake according to box instructions. Swap oil out for the applesauce.

Bake at 325 for minutes. Let cool and then poke holes throughout it with the end of a mixing spone.

Prepare jello according to package with the carbmaster milk. Pour the pudding on top of the cake.

Top with banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers and put in the fridge to chill.

Enjoy!
