Two-Ingredient Dough Soft Pretzels
1 weight watchers point each
Serves 8 people

Look what I just made! 1 point per pretzel with the mustard! Good size, yummy, and 1 was more than enough for me!

Turn two-ingredient dough into these adorable soft pretzels. Experiment with different toppings such as everything bagel seasoning or flavored seasoning.

Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1⁄2cup(s)

0 personal points
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the flour and yogurt in a small bowl; stir well with a wooden spoon until just combined and then keep mixing dough in the bowl with your hands until smooth (about 2 minutes of kneading). If dough is too sticky to knead, add more flour, 1 Tbsp at a time, until no longer sticky; set aside for 5 minutes.

Place the dough on a lightly floured surface; divide into two equal parts. Roll each piece of dough into a 12- to 14-inch rope; form each piece into a pretzel shape.
Brush the pretzels with the egg; sprinkle with salt. Bake for 22 minutes until lightly browned; broil (4 to 6 inches from the broiler element) for 45 seconds to 1 ½ minutes for further browning (optional).
Serving size: 1 pretzel
