Sugar-Free 0 Point Weight Watchers Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

5/5

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw agave
  • Pinch of salt

What You’ll Do:

Slice the banana into rounds. Store it covered in a glass container, in the freezer, for at least two hours. I’ve actually left it up to two days and it has been fine too.

Put the bananas in a blender and blend until the banana rounds are finely chopped.

Add in the unsweetened cocoa powder, salt, and raw agave (which you can find in your grocery store in the sugar section). Blend until it is combined and very creamy.

This makes about 4.5 cups of banana ice cream.

You can eat it immediately or store it in the freezer to make it more icy.

Making it this way makes it 0 Weight Watchers points, which is perfect. If you don’t feel like chocolate, you could swap the unsweetened cocoa powder for berries and it would still be a 0 Weight Watchers point snack.

If you want, you can go ahead and turn this into a sundae adding whipped topping and nuts, but that might change the points on you.
