Slimming World Banana Walnut Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

I did 40g of oats, mixed in 3 eggs 4 tbsp of skinny syrup (I used banana flavour for these) and a bit of baking powder I added 10g of dried banana chopped up (1.5syns) mixed this all together. Divide the mixture into 6 moulds and cook them for about 15minutes on gas mark 6 or until they’ve gone golden. Once they where done I melted half a tbsp of lotus biscoff spread (2.5syns) and drizzled over the muffins and added 2 walnut halves (3syns) crushed and sprinkled over the top x
