Skinny Tuna Salad

This Skinny Tuna Salad is a lighter version of the classic tuna salad recipe. Perfect on top of crackers, in a sandwich, wrap, or as salad or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 2 ( 6-7 oz.) can white albacore tuna, in water ( not oil), drained 
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Kraft light mayo 
  • 2 Tbsp non fat plain or Greek yogurt 
  • Salt and pepper, to taste 
  • fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, celery, cilantro, and onion. Mix in light Kraft mayo and plain yogurt. Stir until well combined. 
  2. Add salt and pepper to your preferred taste. 
  3. Serve on lettuce, with low point crackers, or toasted bread slices.

Makes 3 ( 1/3 cup) servings
