Low Point Chicken Quesadillas

-I cook chicken in skillet salt & pepper to taste.
-I use the “I can’t believe its not butter” spray on the side of the tortilla that I’m going to “toast” in the skillet.

  • Once you put the tortilla in the skillet spread your queso on the tortilla, dump your chicken on top of the cheese then fold in half to make a quesadilla.
    -cook till how dark you want both sides

I use some sour cream for additional points & some taco sauce for 0 points.
