INGREDIENTS  

Base

  • 3 tbsp brown butter cooled and solid
  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy no sugar
  • 1/3 cup powdered sweetener
  • 3 cups High Key Vanilla Frosted Cereal

Topping

  • 2/3 cup baking chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup brown butter cooled and solid
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter creamy no sugar

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Pour cereal into a big bowl and set aside. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper with some over hang up the sides of the pan. Spray all sides and bottom with baking spray.BASE: In a heavy bottomed medium size pot melt brown butter, with peanut butter, and powdered sweetener. This takes just a couple minutes, until it is melted together DO NOT BOIL. Whisk well, then carefully pour hot liquid over cereal, mix with a spatula until all the cereal is coated. Pour into prepared 8×8 pan and spread evenly, press down firmly with your clean hands. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.TOPPING: Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir, and add brown butter and peanut butter for 30 more seconds, then stir if needed add 15 seconds until fully melted being sure to stir after each time.Once base has set pour topping over base and tilt around to coat. Put back in the freezer for 15 minutes. Gently lift from pan using parchment paper overhang, cut into 9 slices.
