Cucumber Dill Salad

5/5

I loved this Cucumber Dill salad before Weight Watchers and it’s definitely become a staple. And the best part it is 0 points!

Here is everything you need
1 Cuccumber (I used 4 minis here)
A “dollop” (about a 1/4 cup) of fat free plain Greek yogurt (regular yogurt is fine but this is what I had)
1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of dill (fresh is better but I always use dried)
Splash of lemon juice (maybe a table spoon or 2?)
Salt and pepper to taste.

I’m a Caesar salad lover but haven’t been able to find a dressing I like with low enough points. This cucumber dill salad is scrumptious and a great dressing!!

Instructions

  1. 1 Cuccumber (I used 4 minis here)
  2. A “dollop” (about a 1/4 cup) of fat free plain Greek yogurt (regular yogurt is fine but this is what I had)
  3. 1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon of dill (fresh is better but I always use dried)

  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
