Blueberry Protein Pancakes!!

Weight Watchers points breakdown
1 = 1 point
2 = 3 points
3 = 4 points

4 cups Kodiak buttermilk pancake mix – 30 points
3 cups water
4 small or 2 large ripe bananas, mashed 1 tsp vanilla
Mash bananas
Mix all ingredients together, except blueberries

Heat pan or grill plate to medium low heat Measure 1/4 cup for each pancake
Evenly distribute blueberries on each pancake when initially placed on the pan
Allow to cook for approximately 4-5 minutes (they are thick)
Flip and cook until the batter is cooked through, maybe another 3 minutes.
I got 22 pancakes. If you get a different amount, the points may change. You can also add a little more water so the batter isn’t as thick.
I ate mine with no sugar syrup. I’ll absolutely make these again. I didn’t freeze any because I didn’t have enough left over but next time I may double the recipe and freeze some for future use.
