Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas mashed well
- 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon swerve brown sugar
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Mix everything together and with wet hands roll into balls and then flatten. They will bake in the shape that you put them on the pan. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Using dried sour cherries instead of cranberries would make this grown-up version of oatmeal-raisin cookies even tastier.
