Makes 4 cups

⢠2 ripe bananas
⢠1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
⢠1 tsp pure vanilla extract
⢠1â2 tsp honey (to taste)
⢠4 tbsp graham cracker pie crust crumbs
⢠2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions
1. Make the banana cream
⢠Mash the bananas until smooth.
⢠Stir in Greek yogurt, vanilla, and honey until creamy and well combined.
2. Layer the cups
⢠Spoon banana cream into the bottom of each container.
⢠Add 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs as the middle layer.
⢠Top with more banana cream.
3. Finish
⢠Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
⢠Add a few banana slices if you want it to match the photo exactly.
4. Chill
⢠Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before eating for best texture.
