1 C Baby Cucumbers
O pts
1/4 C Sweet Peppers
O pts
1/4 C Sweet Onions
O pts
1/4 C Sweet Tomatoes
1 T Annie’s Naturals Organic Vinaigrette, Red Wine Vinegar 2 pts
Pinch of Black Pepper and 1/4 t of Red Wine
Vinegar O pts

Mix all together. Serve
Add as much of the Zero Point Veggies as you like to the Cucumber . I add 1/4 – 1/2 C each type listed.

I add a little more Red Wine Vinegar because I think it needs a little more zing. I use Annie’s because it’s the only one I saw that didn’t have corn syrup and such. It’s just all healthy

Let me know if you have a favorite Red Wine Vinegar Dressing you use and like. You could use any dressing you like on this salad. Italian or Balsamic dressing would be good too. I just like Red Wine Vinegar Dressing so much.
