Weight Watchers Lemon Cream Frozen S’mores
Low-Point Version (Approx. 2 Points Each)
Ingredients (Makes 8 Frozen S’mores)
- 8 full graham cracker sheets (break into 16 squares)
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
- 1 packet sugar-free lemon pudding mix (about 1 oz from a 1.4 oz box)
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup Lite Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon pudding mix, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Fold in the Lite Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto 8 graham cracker squares.
- Top with the remaining 8 graham cracker squares to make sandwiches.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer.
