Ultra Low-Point Ground Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry

🛒 Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 450g (1 lb) extra lean ground beef (5% or 0%)
  • ½ head cabbage, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thin strips
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (optional)

🥣 Sauce (keep it light!)

  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional – adds ~1 point total, you can skip)
  • ½ cup water or broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thickness)
  • Sweetener (optional, 0 cal)

🍳 Instructions

  1. Use a non-stick pan (NO oil) or cooking spray.
  2. Cook beef, breaking it apart. Drain any fat.
  3. Add garlic + ginger.
  4. Toss in cabbage + carrot → cook until soft but still a bit crunchy.
  5. Pour sauce → simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Finish with green onions.

⭐ WW Points (estimate)

  • With extra lean beef + no oil + no oyster sauce:
    👉 ~1–2 points per serving
  • If using true 0% fat beef (very lean):
    👉 can be close to 0–1 point

💡 Make it EVEN lower

  • Swap half (or all) beef for:
    • ground chicken breast (0 pts)
    • or turkey breast (0 pts)

👉 Then the whole dish becomes basically 0-point food
