1 WW Point Egg Bites


Thought I’d share my 1 point breakfast with everyone.

I’ve been making these for a few years now and they’re delish!

I posted a picture of the recipe.

I have these Egg Muffins loaded up with onions, peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, a little diced ham steak, and shredded cheddar.

You could probably make them into zero points by using fat free cheese, no ham, and skim milk. I’m fine with 1 point for 1 muffin though.­čÖé
