1pt breakfast. Love my cast iron veggie hash and egg…..
cleaned out vegetables in frig… mushroom, sweet pepper, jalapeno and broccoli. Sauteed with salt, pepper and Weber chophouse butter seasoning.
Sprinkled with ff shredded cheddar and cracked an egg.
I then add a few tablespoons of water and cover until egg is done. Notes: Used fat free cheese bought from walmart
