1 Point Pudding


Loving my protein pudding cups! These will curb my nightly sweet cravings this week! Only 1 WWpoint each!
2 protein shakes
1 box SF instant pudding (4oz)
Put protein shake in bowl- add pudding to the liquid. I use a hand-held mixer with 2 beaters. Mix until desired consistency. I eat one right away and refrigerate the rest. Any flavor shake and SF instant pudding. I think the vanilla pudding has more flavor than the cheesecake one- but I like it too. Yummm
2 Protein shakes = 6 points (3 pts. each) and 1 box SF pudding =4 points for a total of 10 points. I divided up into ten 6.5 oz. serving bowls.
