WW-Friendly Berry Cheesecake Parfaits

Creamy, fluffy, and perfect for a light dessert without all the heavy cream!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup light whipped topping
  • 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups fresh raspberries or mixed berries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the light cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the light whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Lightly mash half of the berries to create a chunky berry layer.
  5. In small glasses or jars, alternate layers of cheesecake mixture and berries.
  6. Top with extra berries if desired.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Makes about 4 parfaits.
