Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
Toppings
- 4 oz 99% lean turkey sausage or turkey breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
- 1/4 cup fat-free cheddar or reduced-fat cheddar
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce (no sugar added)
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Make the dough
Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
Knead lightly for 1ā2 minutes. - Shape pizzas
Divide into 2 balls and roll into small personal pizza rounds. - Prebake
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8 minutes on parchment paper. - Cook sausage
Brown turkey sausage in a skillet and drain any liquid. - Add toppings
Spread pizza sauce on crusts.
Add mozzarella, cheddar, sausage, and red onion. - Bake again
Bake another 8ā10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
Optional Lower Point Swaps
- Use fat-free mozzarella ā save 1 point
- Use chicken sausage crumbles ā lower fat
- Add mushrooms or peppers for volume without points
