Weight Watchers Blueberry Fluff (Ultra Low-Point Version)

This version keeps the points as low as possible while still being creamy, fluffy, and packed with blueberry flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free plain Greek yogurt (0 points)
  • 1 package (0.3 oz) sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping (such as Light Cool Whip)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  3. Gently stir in the blueberries, reserving a few for garnish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken and develop flavor.
  5. Top with remaining blueberries before serving.

  • Makes about 6 servings

Even Lower-Point Option

For a true 0-point fluff, skip the whipped topping and blend:

  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • Sugar-free sweetener to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla

It won’t be quite as fluffy, but it stays essentially zero points on most WW plans.

💡 For a prettier presentation like the fluff in your photo, fold in a few whole blueberries and garnish the top with extra berries before chilling. The color stays light and creamy with little bursts of blueberry throughout.
