  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

(No self-rising flour? Use 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + pinch salt.)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C
  2. Mix flour and yogurt until a dough forms
  3. Knead lightly (add a little flour if sticky)
  4. Divide into 4 pieces and shape into flat rounds
