Weight Watchers Crustless Pizza Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup turkey pepperoni, chopped
- ½ cup lean turkey sausage, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce (no sugar added)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a blender, blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, turkey sausage, bell pepper, onion, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil if desired.
