WW Low Point Jalapeño Popper Bites
These look like fried jalapeño cream cheese bites, so here’s a lighter WW-friendly version that keeps the crispy outside and creamy center while lowering the points as much as possible 🙌
Makes: 12 bites
WW Points:
- 1–2 points each depending on your cheese brands
- 3 bites = about 4–5 points

- 1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup finely diced jalapeños (fresh or canned)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix:
- cream cheese
- cheddar
- jalapeños

- Scoop into 12 balls.
- Roll each ball in crushed crackers/panko.
- Place on air fryer tray or baking sheet.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Air Fryer Method
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes
- Flip halfway through until golden and crispy.
Oven Method
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes
To Make Them EVEN Lower Points 💚
Use:
- fat-free cream cheese
- fat-free cheddar
- panko instead of crackers
That can bring them closer to:
- 1 point each on most WW plans.
Optional Dipping Sauce
Mix:
- nonfat Greek yogurt
- ranch seasoning
- splash of pickle juice
Super low-point and perfect with these 🤤
