The Best WW Blueberry Raspberry Cream Cheese Loaf

Ingredients (8 slices)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener (like erythritol/Stevia blend)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Cream cheese filling:
- 1/3 cup light cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small loaf pan.
- Mix flour, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until dough forms.
- Gently fold in blueberries & raspberries (donāt overmix).
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese filling until smooth.
- Add half the dough to the pan, spread cream cheese layer, then top with remaining dough.
- Swirl slightly with a knife for that creamy look.
- Bake 30ā35 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool before slicing (so the cream layer sets nicely š).
