WW-Friendly Berry Cheesecake Parfaits
Creamy, fluffy, and perfect for a light dessert without all the heavy cream!
Ingredients
- 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup light whipped topping
- 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 cups fresh raspberries or mixed berries
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the light cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix until creamy.
- Gently fold in the light whipped topping until fluffy.
- Lightly mash half of the berries to create a chunky berry layer.
- In small glasses or jars, alternate layers of cheesecake mixture and berries.
- Top with extra berries if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
