WW Low-Point Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Makes 12 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup granulated monk fruit or erythritol (or other 0-cal sweetener)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix all ingredients in one bowl until combined.
  3. Scoop into 12 portions, flatten slightly (they won’t spread much).
  4. Bake 10–12 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
  5. Cool completely — they firm up as they cool.

Points (approx.)

  • 1 Point per cookie (some plans may even calculate to 0–1 depending on sweetener & brand of oats)

Tips

  • Add extra cinnamon for more sweetness without points
  • If you want them softer → slightly underbake
  • If you want crisp edges → bake 1–2 minutes longer
