WW Low-Point Bacon & Cheese Bites

Ingredients (Makes 12 bites)

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Optional Topping

  • Light sprinkle parmesan
  • Parsley flakes
  • Garlic butter spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Stir in mozzarella, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Fold in self-rising flour until combined. The batter will be thick.
  6. Divide mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups.
  7. Sprinkle a tiny bit of parmesan and parsley on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.

WW Points

  • About 2–3 WW Points each depending on your plan and exact cheese/bacon brands used.

Tips

  • Use fat-free mozzarella to lower points even more.
  • Add diced jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • These reheat really well in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
