WW Apple Cinnamon Swirl Loaf ๐๐
Soft, sweet, cinnamon-y, and packed with apple flavor โ but made lighter for Weight Watchers! This version keeps the cozy bakery-style vibe from the photo while lowering the points as much as possible.

Ingredients
Apple Filling
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced small
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar substitute (like Swerve Brown)
- Splash of water
Loaf Batter
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup granulated sweetener substitute
- 1 cup self-rising flour
Cinnamon Swirl
- 1 tbsp brown sugar substitute
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Light Glaze
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute
- 1โ2 tsp unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Prep apples
Add diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar substitute, and a splash of water to a pan. Cook 5โ7 minutes until softened. Let cool. - Make batter
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
Mix yogurt, eggs, applesauce, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth. Fold in self-rising flour gently. - Layer the loaf
Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Pour in half the batter. Add half the apples. Sprinkle half the cinnamon swirl mix.
Repeat layers. - Bake
Bake 40โ50 minutes or until center is set and toothpick comes out mostly clean. - Glaze
Mix powdered sweetener with almond milk and drizzle on top after cooling.
Tips to Keep Points Low
- Use zero-sugar sweeteners only
- Nonfat Greek yogurt keeps it moist without oil
- Unsweetened applesauce replaces butter
- Cut into 10 slices for lowest points
