Weight Watchers Whoopie Pie Cookies
These soft chocolate sandwich cookies are made lighter but still taste super rich and creamy — just like the ones in your photo!

Ingredients
Chocolate Cookies
- 1 box sugar-free chocolate cake mix
- ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Filling
- 1 cup light whipped topping
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all cookie ingredients until smooth. Batter will be thick.
- Scoop small rounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until soft and set.
- Let cookies cool completely.
Filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and pudding mix.
- Chill 10–15 minutes for thicker filling.
Assemble
- Spread or pipe filling onto one cookie and top with another.
- Refrigerate for best texture.
