Weight Watchers Taco Casserole


1lb Ground Turkey

1/2 Diced white Onion

1 Can whole kernel corn

1 can Black Beans

1 tbsp Taco Seasoning

8 oz can of tomato sauce

1/2 cup salsa

1/4 fat free plain Greek yogurt

1 cup Kraft fat Free shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup diced fresh Tomatoes

1/3 Cup green onion

Directions: – Brown meat, Beans, Onions, Taco seasoning, sauce and corn until the meat is brown

  • spoon half the mixture into a casserole dish, top with yogurt, sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.. Repeat with the mixture and Cheese
  • Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, Topped with tomatoes and green onions, Serve over Lettuce

2-3 Point for Per serving for 6 Servings.. cut into 6 servings.. Enjoy
